What if your feet aren’t actually the problem?
I’m Lara, a transformational coach and Alexander Technique teacher. I suffered with foot pain for 40 years until it gradually forced me to give up all the activities I love most.
One day I saw how I was preventing my feet from moving the way they truly wanted to move and a lifetime of tension and pain melted away. I suddenly got my life back.
But this insight didn’t come out of nowhere. I spent years learning how to trust something deeper within myself, in order to see this truth.
Now I help others find this same kind of freedom.
